These issues were primarily due to the absence of a dedicated tool area, the use of a substandard torque wrenches, and a lack of accessible torque specifications.
Working closely with Betta-Cut’s engineering team, they have successfully implemented lean improvements in the area, including better tools and enhanced organisation, leading to significant increases in both wrench time and team morale.
